Time management is commonly defined as the management of time in order to make the most out of it. Learning how to manage your time so that you have time for yourself in essential to your well being. But most people did not know how to manage their time especially Malaysian. Base on my opinion, Malaysian still bad in time management. Most of them like to procrastinate their work, not punctual and so on. There are many way to have good management of time.
First, we need to review our goal often whether it is short term or long term goal. Always determine which task is necessary or not necessary in achieving your goal and which activities are helping you maintain a balance life style. If we already have our own goal, it is easy for us to manage our time to get what we want.
Next, you must learn to say ‘NO’ when you do not want to be involve. Besides that, come on people reward yourself with something nice for an effective time management result. Make sure you do not procrastinate your work. Lastly, make a record of all your activity, have positive attitude and set yourself up for success.
